You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This chandelier is very sophisticated and would be perfect to place over the hot tub in our bathroom. If you want something a little romantic, go for this one. The main thing to remember is that if you are not a DIY lover, you should probably hire or find someone who can skillfully install this chandelier. The glass itself has to be assembled, which requires quite a bit of patience. That being said, the end result is well worth it as it is both unique and beautiful, and this chandelier was installed with great quality that it was worth the time it took to install.

This is one of the most beautiful chandeliers I have ever seen...! It is absolutely stunning and even more beautiful in person...! Modern meets traditional all in one! This is truly a dazzling, gorgeous, and fitting chandelier! And a great value for the money. While it takes some fiddly detailing to get this light to look perfect and someone who knows how to wire it... it is totally worth the time you spend because when you are done, it is stunning. I have not yet had someone wire it up but I have tested it and everything works fine and it is very simple to make it look perfect. Can't wait to hang it up!!!!!

This lamp looks fantastic. Have received so many compliments on it already. It is very versatile and has a mysterious elegance. I recommend it for any large space. Assembly is time consuming but worth it. Took about 1 1/2 hours. The first step is easy - just mount the lamp. We have the chandelier in our living room (10 ft ceilings). It looks really beautiful when the light is dimmed. Overall we are very happy with the light!

I have eclectic tastes, and this looks amazing in my kitchen. Yes, the kitchen. I have cathedral ceilings, so this looks great from below, and you can see it when you first walk into the house. It's gotten a lot of compliments, and I have to admit it makes me smile. The actual light emitted is really nice too. It will need to be dusted a few times a year, but it's worth it.

So we're on the hunt for a modern-looking chandelier that looks more expensive than more expensive fixtures but won't break the bank, and so far we seem to have found just that.
